Angiotensin I‐converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptide was isolated from the hen ovotransferrin hydrolysate using chymotryptic hydrolysis by two steps of reverse‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatography. The amino sequence of this novel peptide was identified as Lys‐Val‐Arg‐Glu‐Gly‐Thr‐Thr‐Tyr that inhibited ACE activity in vitro in a concentration‐dependent manner with an effective concentration (IC50) of 102.8 μM. Also, this inhibition was identified as noncompetitive using the Lineweaver‐Burk plot. Moreover, the antihypertensive action of this novel peptide was investigated by an intravenous injection into spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). A dose‐dependent reduction of systolic blood pressure by this peptide was observed after 40 min of treatment and it decreased the blood pressure markedly at the maximal dose (1 nmol/mL/kg). The maximal blood pressure lowering activity of this peptide was calculated as 163% of captopril (10 pmol/mL/kg) that was used as positive control. In conclusion, the obtained data suggests that Lys‐Val‐Arg‐Glu‐Gly‐Thr‐Thr‐Tyr has an ability to inhibit ACE activity and decrease the systolic blood pressure in hypertensive animals.  相似文献

Triglucosylated high-mannose-type tetradecasaccharide (Glc3Man9GlcNAc2), the oligosaccharide part of the donor substrate of oligosaccharyl transferase (OST) complex, and diglucosylated tridecasaccharide (Glc2Man9GlcNAc2) were synthesized. These oligosaccharides were assembled in a convergent and stereoselective manner. Undecasaccharide 5 was employed as the common intermediate, and coupling with trisaccharide (4) and disaccharide (3) donor afforded fully protected tetradeca-(17) and tridecasaccharide (16), respectively. These oligosaccharides were deprotected to give Glc3Man9GlcNAc2 and Glc2Man9GlcNAc2, respectively.  相似文献

Alanine synthesis by reductive amination of pyruvate was performed by the combination of NADH regeneration system and alanine dehydrogenase (AlaDH). The conversion of pyruvate to alanine was 99% after 1 h. Leucine synthesis was also carried out by the combination of NADH regeneration system and leucine dehydrogenase (LeuDH). The conversion of 4-methyl-2-oxovalerate to leucine was 60% after 1.5 h.  相似文献

The photoelectron (PE.) spectra of azuleno[l, 2, 3-cd]phenalene ( 1 ) and azuleno- [5,6,7-cd]phenalene( 2 ) have been recorded. The first five bands of both compounds could be assigned to transitions corresponding to removal of electrons from 4a2, 6b1, 5b1, 3a2 and 4bl orbitals. This assignment is based mainly on a comparison between the observed ionization potentials and orbital energies calculated in a HMO and a PPP model. The UV./VIS. polarized absorption spectrum of 1 in the region 10000–45000 cm?1 has been measured by means of the stretched film technique. The measurements were performed in polyethylene sheets at 77°K. Several bands could be assigned to π* ← π transitions calculated by a PPP-CI method. A comparison between the electronic structures of 1 and 2 is made by means of a simple HMO diagram.  相似文献

Lewis acid catalysis in supercritical carbon dioxide (CO(2)) was investigated. While solubility of most organic materials is low in scCO(2), poly(ethylene glycol) derivatives or perfluoroalkylbenzenes were found to work as surfactants to dissolve organic materials in scCO(2). In the presence of these molecules, Lewis acid catalyzed organic reactions such as aldol-, Mannich-, and Friedel-Crafts-type reactions proceeded smoothly in scCO(2). Formation of emulsions was observed in these reactions, and the systems were studied in detail.  相似文献

Microwave spectra of thionyl chloride, SO35Cl2 and SO35Cl37Cl, in the frequency range 8–25 GHz have been analyzed. The rotational constants have been obtained from the low J transition frequencies. The rS coordinates of Cl atoms and the ro structure have been evaluated with some assumptions: r(S-O) = 1.435 ± 0.011± Å, r(S—Cl) = 2.072 0.005 Å, ∠ OSCl = 108.00 ± 0.06°, ∠ ClSCl = 97.15 ± 0.30°. Nuclear quadrupole coupling constants have been obtained for the SO35Cl2, species: xaa = ?25.02 ± 0.04 MHz, x(bb = ?0.25 ± 0.04 MHz, Xcc = 25.27 ± 0.08 MHz, and Xzz = ?96.75 MHz. The values obtained are compared with those of other workers.  相似文献
